I’ve worked as a proofreader on a contract basis for a Birmingham publisher, and I’ve also carried out work – proofing fiction materials and student assignments – via my own website.

Prices: Costs vary according to the nature of the material being proofread, but will normally fall between £9.00 and £14.00 for every thousand words.
